We take your
information very seriously. That's why we require full disclosure of your
intellectual property rights before we begin any job. By striclty adhereing
to the IRMA
certification guidlines, we can assure your protection from illegal duplication
issues.
The first
step in our program ensures that our clients understand our program. In
order to achieve this, all clients of Vinaseal are required to sign a
Replication Authorization for each master they wish us to produce.
Once an order
is received, Vinaseal will review the customer supplied input source media,
whether it is a CD, CD-R, DLT or DVD-R. This review might include playing
the disc and listening to it, opening data files, viewing DLT content,
or using the internet to verify content. Furthermore, the content reviewed
will be compared to the paperwork received from the client. If additional
documentation is required, the order will be placed on hold pending resolution
of the issue. For this reason, Vinaseal recommends that clients provide
us with complete authorization/copyright documentation at the outset of
all orders.
Finally,
complete paperwork for all orders will be held by Vinaseal
for future re-orders of the same material.
